A two-year journey to develop, equip, and send out the next generation of leaders.
OUR VISION
Leadership isn't just a skill set, it's a calling. The Coast Baptists Emerging Leaders Program exists to raise up a generation of leaders who lead with purpose, humility, and a heart shaped by God. Over two years, we invest deeply in a small community of young leaders, helping them grow in character and competence so they can serve their churches, workplaces, and communities well, wherever God sends them.
● Young adults aged 18 to 25
● Currently part of a Baptist church in the Central Coast region
● Those who simply want to lead well in whatever context God has placed them, as well as those sensing a call toward full-time ministry
● Emerging leaders who are ready to grow in character, conviction, and capability
WHO IT’S FOR
THE PROGRAM
Each year kicks off with a multi-day retreat focused on learning, fellowship, and setting the tone for the year ahead.
ANNUAL RETREATS
MONTHLY GATHERINGS
We meet monthly to hear from gifted presenters on a range of leadership topics.
MENTORING AND COACHING
Space is built in for real relationships, personal mentoring, and coaching throughout the journey.
COMMUNITY
A cohort of peers walking the same road, growing together over two years.
SERVICE
Opportunities to serve the Church and community together.
Sponsorship to attend a world-class conference or mission trip to stretch understanding expand skillsets.
