Our Vision
The Coast Baptists Ministry Apprenticeship is a one-year, part-time, paid ministry formation pathway for those exploring or stepping into a calling to church ministry. It provides a supervised, practical environment where apprentices can test and grow their sense of calling, develop real ministry skills, and be formed spiritually and personally, through genuine involvement in the life of local churches across the Coast Baptists network.
